Had a good...actually great time wit my college frens today. ate steamboat like berbanyak-banyak. i am so proud to say tat I'M A SURVIVOR!!! lol...i think i ate like the most. everyone stop eating i stil eating...last to finish but sadly i stil couldn't finish all the food. i wish i could but my tummy not tat big.

The most canggih carpark

I saw the most high tech carpark in my whole life..maybe they have tis technology sumwhere else adi but it's the 1st time i c it. let me describe how cool it is..

Can u spot the diff? if u see ppl double park like tat u would most probably think these ppl are stupid...nvr use their brains wan ar. tat was my 1st impression la. but i was sooo wrong...they're genius!!! the cars are actually parked on slightly raised platforms which can move. so u c on the pic i drew got 2 empty carpark lots which are strictly not allowed for parking...if u c slots like tat in other carparks ppl wil think ur a genius to park there but if u park like tat in tis carpark...ur really stupid!!! so tis is how it works...when the cars inside wanna come out, the platforms wil move to make a space for the car to come out. tat's the purpose of the strictly no parking lots so tat the platforms can move there to make space in the middle for the cars inside to come out. SUCH A BRILLIANT IDEA!!! next time the whole m'sia shud hav tat system..it would save so much space. next time is i hav the opportunity i would modify tis system to make it not onli space saving but oso time saving. I AM GONNA B A MECHANICAL ENGINEER!!!

Sumthing out of the ordinary...

I was chatting wit jun meng last nite and tis is more or less how the conversation went...

Shirley: GO SLEEP NOW!!!

Mark: yes yes...i need to do stats 1st

Shirley: if u dun sleep now later tmr i call u in the morning u cant wake up...

Shirley: i'll give u wake up call at 6.45am then we go bout 7am

And the next thing i know my phone starts to ring...it was jun meng on the phone. He asked me where i was. I WAS ON BED!!! it was 7.10am when he called me...i was blur blur. haha...so embarrassing la...i keep asking him to sleep sleep sleep in the end im the one who needed the wake up call in the morning. i was too tired last nite tat when i fell on the bed i slept immediately..din even set alarm. rite after i put down the phone it went out of batt. THANK GOD!!! if my phone had went out of batt earlier i really cannot imagine how is jun meng gonna KILL ME!!! it was way too early to call the house phone oso...lol.

We went to make my ic, collect eng 1119 cert then went hospital collect sumthing for dad. after doing all the things i needed to do we went eat dimsum and jalan-jalan...relaxnya.

In the afternoon went back to college for award presentation event. they gave us sumthing valuable yet sumwat useless ar..but it's good to keep for memory then next time can show our children, our grandchildren...etc. thank you Taylor's College!!!

Best Friends for Life

Once upon a time, there were 4 close frens who knew each other very well. They went through thick and thin...of course there's always time for lame jokes and lots of laughters. There were also lots of insults and teases but that's what makes friendship so special and memorable right? As they grew up, they still maintained close friends...but that's of course because their houses are in walking distance...but they are obviously lazy people who prefers to drive except for one who hasn't gotten driving license and one more who just prefers being chaperoned around by friends. These 4 friends I am talking about is none other than Tan Choon Leong the guy wit the smoothest and fairest skin I've ever seen and who says lame jokes all the time, Marcus Liew Jun Meng the ever tall and mighty tan guy who always knows my thoughts and feelings, Ng Kayson the petite and ever thoughtful guy who's laughter spreads like wild fire as you can see very obvious wrinkles or you call them depressions in his face when he laughs and last but not least, ME!!!

Yesterday we sent Choon Leong off at the airport. Now he should be on the plane sleeping or saying lames jokes as usual disturbing everyone in the plane sleeping. Those times that we shared will always be in my memory and the 3 of you will stay in my heart forever. No matter how far or how long we're apart, we will always be best friends forever...as long as our homes stay where it is now or we shift around the same area, we'll still meet back and we shall together create more memories that will last us a lifetime. I know I'm next to leave but don't shed a tear for I will be back in just a blink of an eye (it's jus a saying ok...I'm trying to say time pass very fast). More pictures of our friend who left...

Church on Sunday

Church yesterday was really interesting. my church elders, Dr. Caleb Koh and his wife celebrated their 50th wedding aniversary in church..i really envy them. so romantic to b able to celebrate tis golden year in church. not many couples make it to their 50th wedding aniversary...not for both my grandparents ar...both my grandfathers past away. so it's really a joy to c Dr. Caleb Koh and his wife stil standing and being strong for Christ.

Oso had fun playing games wit my form 4 cg members and the form 4 guys. the game had sumthing to do wit darlie toothpaste...u mus remember the names of everyone..not very easy considering we're such a big group of bout 30-40 ppl? girls no prob but guys susah lo...most of them i nvr even seen b4. lol..so i my face got kena toothpaste (by samuel & andrew) for being forgetful & oso not paying much attention. actually come to think bout it form 4 got alot of cute guys lo...lol. unfortunately they're too young. dun think they even know im actually 19 and not 16..my looks deceive my age..hehe.

Here's a glimpse of The University of Cambridge..inspite of the beauty, dun overlook the stress students ere go thru trying to cope wit homeworks, assignments..it doesn't become such a good uni without them drilling the students wit lotsa work to do. there's suicidal cases, student going round on bicycle stabbing ppl..etc. so hope i'll make it outta there well and alive..lol.

My next destination...CAMBRIDGE!!!

I remember at this time of the year last year i was stil struggling wit further maths...busy writing personal statement...apply for ucas. And now...I AM AN OVERCOMER!!! i overcomed FURTHER MATHS!!! I GOT STRAIGHT A'S!!! PRAISE GOD!!! it's really a miracle..God has helped me every step of the way...frm getting a D in further maths during 1st semester exam to getting an A for it in finals. I was so close to giving up on further maths and dropping tis extremely difficult subject but thank God i didn't. God told me i stil hav 1 year to make up for it so i gave it another shot..so ere i am proud to say tat I AM GOING TO CAMBRIDGE!!! ALL GLORY BELONGS TO GOD ALMIGHTY!!!

Trip to Kuching @ bro's convocation

I recently went to kuching for my bro's convocation and oso go jalan-jalan..tat's y din go church 2 weeks...the week b4 went port dickson..miss church sooo much.

tis is the super daring and ferocious monkey tat took my dad's roti telur right from his hands when he was about to put it into his mouth...and it's written on a huge signboard saying "no feeding animals as this would disrupt their natural eating habits"...LOL!!!!

What Is Love?

Have u ever wondered wat is love? Wat would u do for the person tat u love? I am not talking about simple stuff like give flower, hold hands, kiss and etc... I am talking bout love in a deeper sense. I jus finished watching "Stairway to Heaven" and it made me wonder bout love.

In tis show tis guy loved tis girl so much tat he commited suicide to donate his cornea to her when she became blind. Is it wrong or stupid of him to do so? Wat difference is it between him and a guy who died blocking the one he loved frm being shot by a gun? Though the latter had less time to think b4 jumping to her rescue but im sure he thought bout it for a short while b4 making tat move. Is tat not an act of commiting suicide as well? But both are sacrifices..

Some say u hav to fight for ur love and happiness..is tat love as well? Wat if the person u love loves sum1 else? Wil u stil fight to earn his/her love? Is not love finding pleasure in the happiness of the person loved? Then u should b blessing them rite?

On the contrary, the world wil think tat ur such a coward..cant even go all out for the person u love. Cant even fight for it..so easy give up. Isn't tat wat people around alwiz say?

In my opinion love is all bout self-sacrifice and not self-pleasure..jus like Christ died for us out of self-sacrifice...tis is wat love should really be. If two people are meant to be together, they will end up being together...rite? God bless u all.
